What custom flange types do you supply?
Threaded (screwed), socket weld, lap joint with stub end, orifice and long weld neck flanges, plus non-standard drillings, thicknesses and facings made to your drawing in ASTM A105 or alloy grades.
What is a lap joint flange and stub end?
A lap joint flange is a loose backing flange that rotates freely over a stub end welded to the pipe. Because the flange never contacts the medium it can be a cheaper material than the stub end, and free rotation makes bolt-hole alignment easy on lines that are dismantled often.
What size range do you supply for custom flanges?
½–60″ NPS. Other sizes can usually be supplied on request — send your requirement for confirmation.
