How to Order
Questions & Answers
What is a puddle flange?
A puddle flange, also called a water stop collar, is a plate welded around a pipe and cast into a concrete wall or slab. It lengthens the path water would have to travel along the pipe surface, stopping seepage through the penetration.
What is the difference between a steel and a rubber puddle flange?
A steel puddle flange is welded permanently to a steel pipe and cast in, suiting large diameters and structural penetrations. A rubber puddle flange is clamped around the pipe with stainless bands, so it fits pipes that cannot be welded — plastic, ductile iron or coated pipe — and accommodates slight movement.
What size range do you supply for steel puddle flanges?
DN50–DN3000. Other sizes can usually be supplied on request — send your requirement for confirmation.
What materials are offered?
Carbon steel (S235 / S355).
Is a technical datasheet available?
Yes — the official YTM Pipe datasheet with dimensions, materials and standards can be downloaded on this page.
