Blind Flanges
A solid, bore-less flange that bolts to a mating flange to seal the end of a piping run, a vessel nozzle or a valve. It carries full system pressure across its face and unbolts easily for inspection or a future tie-in.

What is a blind flange?
A blind flange is a solid disc flange with no bore, bolted to the end of a line, a nozzle or a valve to close it off. It lets the joint be opened later for inspection or extension, unlike a welded cap. Dimensions follow ASME B16.5 or EN 1092-1.
What pressure classes are available?
Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500 to ASME B16.5, and PN6 to PN100 to EN 1092-1. Class ratings are size dependent — Class 2500 to 12", Class 1500 to 24" — so confirm size and class together.
What size range do you supply for blind flanges?
½–60″ NPS. Other sizes can usually be supplied on request — send your requirement for confirmation.
